The Animated Lupang Hinirang

I've been going through some serious college drama these past few days and though I can say that I'm doing well now, I can't give anyone any assurance that I'll be okay tomorrow...

Aaanywho, I just discovered this amazing video called Lupang Hinirang: The Philippine National Anthem Animation for Independence Day 2012 today when I attended a forum for students' rights and awareness and they played it before starting the program. At first I thought that It was just a plain slideshow but I was so wrong....


It's more than a video... it's the hopes and dreams of the Filipino people.

Okay, I'm exaggerating (I blame Hetalia XD//shot'd), but I was really fighting back my tears while watching it. I'm so sorry Prussia, but the video is more awesome than you. //shot'd a million times by an angry Prussian


The animation is so smooth as well, which shows a promising future for Philippine animation.
